Excellent Stay with Attentive Staff

food selection ample outlet breakfast option
The hotel provided a 24-hour mini-mart stocked with food and drinks. I found a wide selection of items there. The room had ample outlets for five guests. There was also quick access to both hot and cold water with adequate pressure. Breakfast included made-to-order omelets and pho. I appreciated the variety of options.
I found the pool to be quite small. It didn't really allow for swimming. It was more suited for sunbathing.

The breakfast buffet offered diverse selections including a variety of Vietnamese cuisine. There was also fresh fruit. I found Vietnamese coffee that guests could prepare themselves and the salad options were plentiful.

Staff members were helpful and willing to assist guests. Airport pickup was also available with comfortable vehicles and assistance with luggage handling was provided.

surprisingly nice!

afternoon tea rooftop pool
the room offered a complimentary afternoon tea. the rooftop pool features a nice view. i found the sea within a short walking distance from the hotel. staff member helen provided valuable assistance, helping arrange tours.

mixed feelings on this stay

thin linens missing towel rack
the location was close to the beach which was acceptable.
the bed was HUGE but the linens? thin and shifted so much. finding space for luggage proved difficult given the room's layout i was irritated. upon exiting the pool the towel rack was gone which i believe is unacceptable.
